An impressive hour of religious a cappella singing by the great Russian romantic Rachmaninov is preceded by crystal-clear choral music by Arvo Pärt.

This top-class choir is famous world-wide. Praised for their ‘technical mastery and deep insight’, the choir won the prestigious Gramophone Classical Music Award in 2018. Tonight, these vocalists from Estonia will sing the most beautiful works for choir by their compatriot Arvo Pärt and the Russian composer Rachmaninov, the two composers they are perhaps most familiar with. Rachmaninov composed the deep Liturgy of St. John Chrysostomos before writing his beloved Vespers.

To keep waiting times down to an absolute minimum, this concert makes use of a cash-free interval. Interval drinks are included in your tickets: the perfect solution to enjoy your company and your drink as long as possible!
