But before that, the South Netherlands Philharmonic takes a dive into the reflective world of sounds of the American composer Richard Danielpour. In his moving song cycle Elegies the letters of a father fallen in war to his yet unborn daughter build bridges across time. It is the time to shine for the top soloists Thomas Oliemans from the Netherlands and the Russian mezzo-soprano Marina Prudenskaya.
