Double bassist, conductor, entertainer: the Netherlands’ first encounter with the cheerful Brit Dominic Seldis was as a jury member for AVROTROS’ popular TV programme ‘Maestro’. Just like last year, this will be an amazing evening; full of surprises, during which numerous personal stories about music and musicians will be told and featuring the best of the ‘Maestro’ repertoire, including video clips. Dominic brings nine members of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (where he is the leader of the double bass section) to perform with him this evening.
