As a representative of the Kurdish culture Aynur performs a music history of more than 300 years old. She stays close to the traditional Kurdish and Turkish music, at the same time giving it a contemporary sound using accustic folk instruments, elements from world music and a hint of jazz and flamenco. Her performances emphasize the fact that Aynur is an inspired world citizen.
