Novo Amor, Ali Lacey, belongs to the club of exceptional singer-songwriters. He produces, creates his own soundscapes, is a multi-instrumentalist, has a voice like no other and above all writes beautiful songs. The port city of Cardiff is his breeding ground. In his house, part studio, the murmur of the café across the street can be heard while the seagulls overpower the building site next door. Sounds and atmospheres that unmistakably recur in the music of Novo Amor.
