Emily Kelly (vocals, guitar, mandoline) and Graham Coe (vocals, cello, guitar, mandoline) form the Scottish dyo The Jellyman's Daughter. Their musical search, in which they touch the boundaries of folk and roots - and the intimate mix of their voices and the special combination of instruments all result in a surprising  fusion of sounds and colours. Their most recent release 'Dead Reckoning' gives us a good taste of it.

Jamie Francis will be joining the duo with his 5-string banjo. The Jellyman's Daughter performed at several international festivals and won, among other awards, 'The Best Acoustic Act' in the Scottish Alternative Music Awards.

Van Meurs' Monday takes place every Monday in the Muziekgebouw café Meneer Frits and features singer-songwriters, acoustic bands, rootsy performers and other gems from the musical world.
