BRIDGE Festival

Welcome to Eindhoven's brand new all-round guitar festival 'BRIDGE'! From May 10 to 14, the Brainport region will be dedicated to the world's most played instrument: the guitar.

BRIDGE is a genre- and discipline-transcending, multi-day guitar festival, unique in its kind: from classical to blues, from jazz to rock, from flamenco to pop, the full range is covered. Live music obviously plays a major role in BRIDGE, so many guitarists will travel to the festival, but in addition there will be plenty of workshops, masterclasses, an extensive exhibition, living room concerts, a talkshow named Guitar Inside, online activities, playful outdoor programmes, a talk show and educational components as well.

BRIDGE features some sepcial concerts/events in Muziekgebouw Eindhoven for which a ticket must be purchased:

From Friday, May 12 to Sunday, May 14, everyone is welcome to the free city festival in Eindhoven's city center. Featuring some great artists, the 5 locations providing a stage on Friday and Saturday are Café Wilhelmina, Altstadt, De Rozenknop, The Jack and Effenaar's small hall. Out door stages are planned on Saturday and Sunday at the Wilhelmina and 18 September Squares. Leif de Leeuw Band, Erja Lyytinen, Tankzilla and Laurence Jones, among others, have already been confirmed for this free city festival.
