Merhaba Eindhoven! is a festival focused on the Turkish culture. This festival is part of Your World, Your Music, a concept featuring the music of one single community. For the first edition, the Merhaba Eindhoven! festival programme is the result of a close collaboration between Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and the city's Turkish community.

Your World, Your Music
The Your World, Your Music series is a concept with the music of one single community at its core.  This can be the music from one specific ethnic community or from a group sharing a common interest.

In order to find to meet the community's wishes and requests, Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and ambassadors from that community work closely together. The event has a typical festival set-up featuring an afternoon programme for families with children, a colourful market, food & drinks and a varied fringe programme throughout the foyers.

Exclusive
At the first edition on 24th September, famous Turkish star Sertab Erener will give an evening concert in the main hall, exclusively for Your World, Your Music. Her victory at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003 fast-tracked her career and made her the star that she is today. Her concert will be followed by a grand after-party featuring the Eindhoven-based group Music from the Orient.
