FAQ's

Order tickets for at least 4 separate concerts or a series in 1 order and enjoy € 2 discount per ticket! We call this a keuzeabonnement and it applies to all concerts in the Muziekgebouw Eindhoven programme.

When an a drink is included, coffee, tea, beer, soft drinks and red and white wine are readily available during the interval. We try to keep waiting times at the bar to a minimum. At concerts without an interval, your drink will be served afterwards. Pop, world, jazz and children's concerts do not include a drink unless otherwise indicated.

Tickets for our classical concerts can be rerturned and exchanged for a Credit Voucher (2-year validity), or exchanged for any other ticket at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least three days prior to the concert. Read the terms.

Tickets for non-classical concerts can't be returned. We advise you to use TicketSwap to safely re-sell your tickets. You can use the concert's Facebook event to let people know you have tickets available for re-sale.

You can buy tickets from your home via this website. You can pick available seat(s) on the seating plan in any rank.

We offer two payment options for tickets purchased online: iDeal (online banking) or credit card.

Before making a payment, please indicate how you'd like to receive your tickets. E-tickets are free of charge and will arrive in your e-mailbox within minutes after payment. If you'd rather receive your tickets in the post, we charge a € 2.50 extra shipping & handling fee for your order, regardless the number of tickets. 

Under-30's are elligible to buy Spot Tickets: 24 hours before the start of the concert, a ticket costs only € 10. You can find more information here.

Podium Cadeaukaart
The national Podium Cadeaukaart (gift card) is available at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. With this national card you can purchase tickets for all types of concerts and shows at over 250 venues. There is no statute of limitation on the card, and it can be used at once, or divided into multiple times.

Muziekgebouw Eindhoven has its own Podium Cadeaukaart. This gift card is available at the Box Office and online via podiumcadeaukaart.nl.

Muziekgebouw Eindhoven accepts the following gift cards: 
- Muziekgebouw Eindhoven gift cards and vouchers
- Theatre & concert voucher (theater & concertbon)
- VVV voucher
- Podium gift card (podium cadeaukaart)
- Vouchers and gift cards from philharmonie zuidnederland (please note that these can only be used for philharmonie zuidnederland concerts!)
