The American singer-songwriter Andrew Combs is often classified within the country genre, partly because he has been operating from the country capital, Nashville, for many years. However, his musical palette is much broader. Combs began his musical career in Nashville, where his sound evolved from alternative rock to a blend of country, Americana, and indie folk. Combs' ability to combine different genres gives his music a unique character. With his gentle voice and subtle string arrangements, Combs has released five meticulously crafted albums. His latest, "Sundays," was released in 2022.

"Sundays" originated from the personal impact that the coronavirus pandemic had on Andrew Combs, a period during which he experienced panic attacks and at one point spent two weeks in bed. The album is a tribute to the power of meditation and mindfulness, symbolizing a personal triumph amidst the challenges of the world. The result is incredibly personal yet relatable stories. Combs describes "Sundays" as follows: "I see this collection of tunes as a black and white short film on beauty, meditation, mindfulness, and love in the current age of deception, greed, and divisiveness."
