On this page you will find frequently asked questions about your visit at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven.
The Ticket Office is open Mon-Sat 13h00 - 17h00 and one hour prior to a concert.
Our Box Office is situated on the ground floor in the Heuvel shopping mall, next to our grand-café/restaurant Meneer Frits.
For ticket, discount and refund questions, please go to this page.
The doors to the hall usually open 30 minutes (Main Hall) or 15 minutes (Small Hall) prior to the concert - times are subject to change. With pop concerts, this also depends on the sound check.
It is not allowed to take pictures or (sound) recordings during concerts. We kindly request to turn off your phone during the concert.
When an a drink is included, coffee, tea, beer, soft drinks and red and white wine are readily available during the interval. We try to keep waiting times at the bar to a minimum. At concerts without an interval, your drink will be served afterwards. Pop, world, jazz and children's concerts do not include a drink unless otherwise indicated.
Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot always be admitted to the concert. The center of Eindhoven is particularly busy on Friday evenings (shops are open until 21h00) and on Sundays. PLease take this into account when planning your visit.
The Q-park parking directly underneath our venue is open 24/7.
Some pop concerts have standing places as well as seating available. A section with standing places will be created in front of the stage. Please note that reservations for a seat cannot be made in a situation like this. This means that we cannot guarantee seats beforehand. If you want to be sure of a seat, we advise you to arrive on time.
The content of a concert is entirely up to the artist. Since we have no input in this, we cannot consider this request.
When a concert is rescheduled, ticket buyers will receive an email with the new date. This email will also state what alternatives will be offered if you are unable to attend at the new date. If we do not receive a response to this email, your tickets will be automatically converted to the new concert date. Tickets stating the old date remain valid for the new concert date.

When using an order form, please specify whether you would like to have a wheelchair seat or a seat with guide dog. Please also provide us with specifications of your wheelchair so we can make sure to arrange a suitable seat for you. Wheelchair spots are indicated on our online seating plan.
We can organise personal assitance to be ready for you on arrival. We have a wheelchair available that we can have ready for you at the cloakroom. Two wheelchair elevators give access to each of our two halls, while each floor has toilets with wheelchair access.
By car, the closest to the Muziekgebouw Eindhoven main entrance would be to park in the Q-park underground parking (Q-park Heuvel) on a spot close to Holland Casino. The elevator there also takes you up to the Muziekgebouw.
If a car drops you off, the closes to the Muziekgebouw main entrance would be at the Vestdijk at the Heuvel shopping mall.
Both our halls are equiped with a Sennheiser hearing support system. Headphones are available at the cloakrooom, as are induction loops suitable for hearing aids. At the moment it is not yet possible to use the hearing aid installation with a hearing aid with WiFi or Bluetooth connection. We hope to be of service to you in the short term.
Booster seats are available for children (free to borrow, while supplies last). Footstools and reading lamps can be borrowed from the cloakroom.
With amplified concerts, we naturally do not produce more than the maximum permitted number of decibels. Nevertheless, it is not unwise to properly protect your hearing. This way you can always continue to enjoy the most beautiful music. That's why you can buy a set of earplugs at our larger bars.

Not all disabilities are directly visible; some are hidden and not immeditaley recognisable. Be visible when you choose to be. Wearing a Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lets our staff know discretely that you might need some support, help or some extra time.
The Sunflower is available for free at the box office.
