General concert information
On this page you will find frequently asked questions about your visit at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven.
The Ticket Office is open Monday-Saturday 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM and one hour prior to a concert.
Our Box Office is situated on the ground floor in the Heuvel shopping mall, in between our public entrance and grand café/restaurant Meneer Frits.
The doors to the hall usually open 30 minutes (Main Hall) or 15 minutes (Small Hall) prior to the concert - times are subject to change. With pop concerts, this also depends on the sound check.
It is not allowed to make professional photo, film, video or audio recordings during the concerts. If the artist does not object, you may make recordings with a mobile phone, without light/flash. We ask that you do not disturb other visitors while doing so.
It's not allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks to our concerts.
When a drink is included in your ticket for pop, jazz, and world music concerts, you receive a token for a drink after your ticket has been scanned. For concerts without an intermission, you may redeem the token before or after the concert.
For all classical concerts, a refreshment during intermission is automatically included in your ticket. To minimize waiting time at the bar during these concerts, the drinks are already prepared for you in our foyers. If you can't find your favorite drink there, our bar staff will be happy to get it for you!
Due to safety reasons, it is not allowed to bring glassware into the hall. Would you like to take your drink with you? Please ask our staff for a plastic cup.
Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot always be admitted to the concert. The center of Eindhoven is particularly busy on Friday evenings (shops are open until 21h00) and on Sundays. PLease take this into account when planning your visit.
We are becoming more sustainable at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. We also hope that you, as our visitor, want to contribute to this. That's why we would like to ask you to travel sustainably. And it's not difficult at all. For example, come by train, as Eindhoven Central Station is within walking distance, and trains also run after the concert. Or come by bike and park it for free at the Heuvelgalerie bicycle parking, which is open until late. By traveling sustainably, you will help us raise the level of sustainability.
The closest car park of is under shopping centre Heuvel and is open 24/7.
You can also use Q-Park Kennedyplein. This parking is also open 24/7.
Some concerts have seated as well as standig places available. A section with standing places will be created in front of the stage. Please note that reservations for a specific seat cannot be made in a situation like this. This means that we cannot guarantee seats beforehand. If you want to be sure of a seat, we advise you to arrive on time.
The content of a concert is entirely up to the artist. Since we have no input in this, we cannot consider this request.
When a concert is rescheduled, ticket buyers will receive an email with the new date. This email will also state what alternatives will be offered if you are unable to attend at the new date. If we do not receive a response to this email within two weeks, your tickets will be automatically converted to the new concert date. Tickets stating the old date remain valid for the new concert date.
