The sound of the duo Young Gun Silver Fox is easy to describe: relaxed '70s West Coast pop with a touch of the '80s, inspired by legendary bands like The Eagles, The Doobie Brothers, and Hall & Oates. The voices and talents of Andy Platts  (Young Gun) and Shawn Lee (Silver Fox) seem made for each other. This results in enchanting melodies, catchy song structures, and beautiful harmonies. A soulful sound that, despite all its influences, feels completely authentic. Put on their latest album, "Ticket To Shangri-La," and you'll immediately feel like you're cruising through '70s Los Angeles in a convertible.

Shawn Lee and Andy Platts have already made a significant mark in the music industry. Producer and multi-instrumentalist Lee has led various bands, collaborated with stars like Jeff Buckley, Kelis, and Amy Winehouse, and created scores for films such as Ocean’s Thirteen and Confessions of a Shopaholic, as well as TV series like CSI: Miami, Lost, and Desperate Housewives. The younger Platts is best known as the lead singer of the funk-soul band Mamas Gun. In December, they will be performing at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven for the first time!
