Ticket return policy

Have you bought concert tickets but are unexpectedly unable to attend? For classical concerts, you can make use of the return policy within the terms and conditions. For other concerts, the tickets cannot be returned. You can safely resell your tickets via Ticketswap. For example, you can offer these Ticketswap tickets in the Facebook event for the concert.

Terms and Conditions

  • Exchanges can be made up to three days before the respective concert.
  • Tickets can only be returned for tickets from the classical brochure and concerts by Philzuid. Pop, global, jazz, and kids concerts are excluded.
  • You will receive a voucher for the amount of the tickets that are exchanged, or you can directly choose other concert tickets for this amount from our own program and the program of philharmonie zuidnederland.
  • Exchanges can be made at the Box Office or by phone from Monday to Saturday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM at the phone number: 040 - 244 20 20. You can find the Box Office in the Heuvelgalerie.
  • If you return tickets, you will receive a voucher for the full purchase amount, excluding service fees, which is valid for two years at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. After this period, the right to the voucher expires.
  • Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and philharmonie zuidnederland reserve the right to exclude certain concerts from the return policy during the season.
