The British alternative rock band Tindersticks is known for their unique blend of dark, cinematic music with influences from soul, jazz, and post-rock. The sound of Tindersticks is often characterized by the deep baritone voice of Stuart Staples and rich instrumentation, including strings and brass. The band's music often carries a cinematic quality, which is not surprising considering they have composed soundtracks for as many as ten films. Their music is both melancholic and romantic, with lyrics often being poetic and introspective.

According to their own statements, the band has finally found their groove again after the COVID-19 pandemic. They have been actively working and experimenting on a new project, and the result of their efforts, their brand new album, will be released this autumn! They will, of course, showcase it during their concert in Eindhoven. After 8 years, the gentlemen are back at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, and we can't wait!
