Mezzo-soprano and actress Isabel Pronk takes you on a journey through a night where the main character feels loneliness and darkness for the first time in a long while. With monologues written in collaboration with writer Amanda Payne and accompanied by a piano trio, this story is told through music from composers such as Astor Piazzolla, Kurt Weill, and Wende Snijders. According to the jury report of Dutch Classical Talent, she tells her story 'with determination and eagerness' and has 'a good sense of text combined with a touch of theater'.
