I have a question about my tickets

For ticket, discount and refund questions, please go to this page.

What time do the doors to the hall open?

The doors to the hall usually open 30 minutes (Main Hall) or 15 minutes (Small Hall) prior to the concert - times are subject to change. With pop concerts, this also depends on the sound check.

Am I allowed to take pictures during a concert?

It is not allowed to make professional photo, film, video or audio recordings during the concerts. If the artist does not object, you may make recordings with a mobile phone, without light/flash. We ask that you do not disturb other visitors while doing so.

Can I bring my own snacks and drinks?

It's not allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks to our concerts.

Drinks included

When a drink is included in your ticket for pop, jazz, and world music concerts, you receive a token for a drink after your ticket has been scanned. For concerts without an intermission, you may redeem the token before or after the concert.

For all classical concerts, a refreshment during intermission is automatically included in your ticket. To minimize waiting time at the bar during these concerts, the drinks are already prepared for you in our foyers. If you can't find your favorite drink there, our bar staff will be happy to get it for you!

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to bring glassware/dishes into the halls. If you haven't finished your drink before the concert starts or during the intermission and you would like to bring it into the hall, you can get a hardcover plastic cup at one of our bars. At concerts and festivals with free choice of place, drinks are only served in hardcover plastic cups, and these cups are always allowed inside the hall.

What time does the bar close?

The bars in the foyers close 10 minutes before the start of the concert. During the intermission and after the concert, you can of course enjoy a nice drink.

Where can I hang my coat?

There is a free cloakroom in the City Foyer. It is supervised until after the concert.

I'm late for my concert

Unfortunately, guests who arrive late may not always be admitted to the concert. The city center of Eindhoven is particularly busy on Friday evenings (shops are open until 9:00 PM) and on Sundays. We advise you to take this into account when planning your visit.
