Muziekgebouw Eindhoven is the perfect place for pop music lovers. Our vibrant halls regularly host fantastic pop concerts, from well-known icons to promising newcomers. Our halls can be transformed into different settings: at a seaated/standing concert, you can either dance close to the stage or pick a seat a bit further up the hall to enjoy the concert sitting down.

  • Earth, Wind & Fire Experience by Al McKay

    Experience the timeless sounds of Earth, Wind & Fire in a unique way with the "Earth, Wind & Fire Experience by Al McKay." Led by the legendary guitarist Al McKay, the ensemble brings the original hits such as "That's the Way of the World," "Shining Star," and "Devotion" to life, true to the original sound. From captivating rhythms to vibrant brass, the band keeps the music of Earth, Wind & Fire alive without tricks. A phenomenal rendition of funk and soul preserving the authentic essence.

  • Cat Power sings Dylan

    Relive the music of Bob Dylan with Cat Power (Chan Marshall) in Eindhoven. The legendary Royal Albert Hall-concert of Bob Dylan from 1966 is brought back to life. Last year in London, Marshall enchanted the audience by interpreting this iconic concert in her own unique way, and now she can also be heard at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. Enjoy songs like "She Belongs To Me" and "Just Like a Woman" with a personal twist from Marshall. The profound connection she has with Dylan's music creates a blend of authenticity and innovation.

  • The Wood Brothers

    Mixture of folk, country, blues, and jazz

    Brothers Chris and Oliver Wood have been making music together as The Wood Brothers since 2006. In 2011, multi-instrumentalist Jano Rix joined the duo, adding layers of texture to their music with his arsenal of instruments. The trio blends folk, country, blues, and jazz into a typical Americana style while maintaining a distinct sound. Their performances as a trio are so impressive that it's hard to believe there are only three of them. In 2013, they received widespread recognition with their album 'The Muse,' and in 2018, they received a Grammy nomination for their album 'One Drop of Truth'.

  • AMIMEA & Job Roggeveen

    Organic and adventurous piano pieces

    Job Roggeveen and AMIMEA, both neoclassical composers and pianists, had a plan to compose together. During a quatre-mains improvisation, two adventurous piano pieces emerged very organically. Think of muted strings, repetitive rhythms, and staccato bass patterns. During this duo show, they take you on a journey from serene melancholic piano melodies to subtle electronics and driving quatre-mains pieces. They take turns, complement each other, and let their characteristic sound and voices blend into a captivating neoclassical evening. AMIMEA released her second album "A Million Tiny Lenses" this year. Job Roggeveen will present his fifth album "Soothing Hymns For Bewildered Hearts" this autumn.

  • The Fortunate Sons

    Tribute to Creedence Clearwater Revival

    "Proud Mary," "Who’ll Stop The Rain," "Bad Moon Rising," "I Put A Spell On You;" These are just a few examples from the long list of indestructible classics credited to Creedence Clearwater Revival. With their distinctive sound and catchy songs, John Fogerty and his band achieved unprecedented success in the '60s and '70s. Numerous chart-topping hits and a performance at Woodstock were the result. The music of C.C.R. is etched in the memories of many as the ultimate soundtrack of the legendary '60s and '70s. The Fortunate Sons bring these times back to life.

  • Raymond van het Groenewoud

    Raymond van het Groenewoud is renowned as one of the most authentic wordsmiths in the Low Countries. In September, the Flemish singer, guitarist, and pianist will perform at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven for the first time. Raymond is one of the most versatile and influential figures in the Belgian music scene. His musical journey began in the 1970s, and since then, he has built an impressive repertoire. Classics like 'Meisjes,' 'Je Veux de l'amour,' 'Liefde voor muziek,' and 'Twee Meisjes' represent just a glimpse of his over fifty-year career. Van het Groenewoud is known for his eclectic style, blending elements of rock, pop, chanson, and blues.

  • Andrew Combs

    Mix of country, americana, and indie folk

    The American singer-songwriter Andrew Combs is often classified within the country genre, partly because he has been operating from the country capital, Nashville, for many years. However, his musical palette is much broader. Combs began his musical career in Nashville, where his sound evolved from alternative rock to a blend of country, Americana, and indie folk. Combs' ability to combine different genres gives his music a unique character. With his gentle voice and subtle string arrangements, Combs has released five meticulously crafted albums. His latest, "Sundays," was released in 2022.

  • Joe Jackson

    presents The Two Rounds of Racket Tour

    British singer/musician Joe Jackson has been in the business for over fifty years. We know him, of course, as the angry young man who broke through in 1979 with his first single 'Is She Really Going Out With Him?'. Since then, the versatile Jackson has touched almost every genre, with hints of rock, jazz, classical, and swing evident in all of his songs. Tonight, we're going to enjoy the “Two Rounds Of Racket Tour”. The show consists of two parts: a solo set by Joe Jackson featuring his original songs, and a set based on the album What A Racket! by Max Champion, a musical genius from the English Music Hall era of the early 20th century.

  • Ilse DeLange

    Dutch Americana queen

    It's been 25 years since Ilse DeLange put country music on the map in the Netherlands with her classic debut album "World Of Hurt." While she always had a fondness for country, the singer from Twente also proved to excel in pop, rock, and Americana. In September, Ilse returns to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven with her band, performing not only music from her new album "Tainted," but also many of her big and well-known hits from her 25-year career, such as "Miracle," "So Incredible," and "Changes."

    When it comes to progressive rock, Haken is the name that springs to mind. Since the sextet from England began making music in 2004, they have been one of the most adventurous bands within their genre. Each album they have released is unique, but they are connected by their unpredictable time signatures and distinctive songwriting and vocals. Their most recent album, "Fauna," epitomizes this diversity at its best. Haken describes the album as their 'sonic rainforest', where they blend old sounds with new, daring ideas. During this concert, they will perform "Fauna" in its entirety, as well as a selection of their older work.

Koen and Kris Wauters, the charismatic brothers behind Clouseau, will treat you to an evening filled with their greatest hits. From the heartwarming 'Anne' to the irresistible 'Daar gaat ze' (There She Goes); all the hits will be showcased.

    In 2022, Sven Hammond delivered a delightful set during the Clubnight of our jazz festival: So What's Next?. In September, he returns to the Hertog Jan Hall of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, accompanied by his Big Band and orchestra, to present a swinging program celebrating the legend, 'Brother Ray' Charles. Expect not only his world-famous hits like 'Georgia', 'Hit The Road Jack', and 'Hallelujah', but also beautiful arrangements of other contemporaries transformed into timeless classics by Brother Ray.

  • Yentl en de Boer

    Everything is still possible

    The musical cabaret duo Yentl and de Boer celebrates its 10-year anniversary! During an exclusive evening with a band, they will perform their most beautiful works and brand new songs for the first time at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. The duo, consisting of Yentl Schieman and Christine de Boer, has been at the top of Dutch song art for 10 years. Their lyrics are sharp, touching, and humorous, always casting a loving eye on our struggles with being human. With the support of talented musicians, they tread a unique path between electronic pop music and semi-acoustic theater repertoire. And always with a perfect blend of humor and emotion.

  • Postmodern Jukebox

    Today's hits played in the styles of yesteryear

  • Koyaanisqatsi by the Philip Glass Ensemble

    A musical film experience

    Koyaanisqatsi is the first film in director Godfrey Reggio's Qatsi trilogy, for which the film score was composed by Philip Glass. Tonight, the Philip Glass Ensemble, founded by Glass himself, performs the film's soundtrack live alongside the movie. Koyaanisqatsi is renowned for its groundbreaking use of time-lapse photography and slow-motion techniques to depict the frenetic pace of modern life and its impact on the natural world. Glass' music for the film is considered one of the great masterpieces of the 1980s, an expansive minimalist work featuring synthesizers, deep male voices, and brass instruments.

    Discover the captivating music of Dutch pianist and composer Joachim Challem. Born in the Netherlands, he grew up with his two mothers and brother. After years of studying piano, he realized that life encompasses more than just music. He strongly believes that nature is the greatest teacher for all the complex thoughts a person can acquire. That's why he partially lives his life in the unfamiliar mountains of Northern Spain, seeking his own home. Consequently, he composes his music on various pianos in different countries, environments, and moods. His music resonates with many due to its honesty. His emotions, voice, movement, and reactions are communicated through his piano.

    The British alternative rock band Tindersticks is known for their unique blend of dark, cinematic music with influences from soul, jazz, and post-rock. The sound of Tindersticks is often characterized by the deep baritone voice of Stuart Staples and rich instrumentation, including strings and brass. The band's music often carries a cinematic quality, which is not surprising considering they have composed soundtracks for as many as ten films. Their music is both melancholic and romantic, with lyrics often being poetic and introspective.

  • Noordkaap

    The best of ten years of Noordkaap

    Twenty years after their last performance, Noordkaap is back! The live performances of the Flemish rock band remain just as powerful almost a quarter century after the end of the Dutch-speaking group with singer Stijn Meuris. Finally, tonight, enjoy live renditions of hits like 'Panamarenko', 'Een Heel Klein Beetje Oorlog', 'Wat Is Kunst', 'Satelliet Suzy', 'Het Zou Niet Mogen Zijn', 'Druk In Leuven', and 'Ik Hou Van U'. In their strongest lineup, the band delivers the best of ten years of Noordkaap.
